Debbie Particelli is a tireless advocate for her clients.  Combining her formidable negotiation skills, background in Human Resources, and strengths in marketing and technology, Debbie guides both buyers and sellers as they navigate the real estate process.  From agreement terms and inspections, to financing and closing, Debbie’s knowledge, assertiveness and unflappable demeanor makes for a smooth transaction and a pleasant experience for her clients.  Debbie knows the Main Line is a special place, and every property, whether buying or selling, has its own unique character, charm, and story to enjoy.

Debbie received her MBA from Temple University and holds degrees in Business Management and Economics.  After working more than 8 years in Human Resources Management, she jumped into real estate in 2009.  In Debbie’s first year, she was rewarded as a top producing sales agent in the Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach Devon office, and was soon recruited by Your Main Line Lifestyle team.

Debbie is a Certified Relocation Specialist, a GREEN real estate professional, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and a Certified Negotiation Expert.  She also volunteers with the Delaware Valley Children’s Charity, chairing an event called the “Angel Tree.” Debbie and her neighbors deliver the spirit of Christmas to 50 underprivileged children each year.

Debbie lives in Berwyn with her husband and two children.  She enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her family and their two Portuguese Water Dogs.

  •  Her first job was at Dairy Queen, You got to eat all of your mistakes!  That job didn't last long.”
  • Debbie loves finding handmade and unique pieces at Clover Market in Bryn Mawr, Life’s Patina in Malvern, and 13th Haven in West Chester.
  • She has a wood shop in her garage.  She loves to build and refinish furniture.
